Description: In Part II or our root cellar build, we start by finishing up the walls. A simple board is used to get the curve for the front and back wall, and each side gets carved to match. This gives the shape for the coming stone vault roof. Afterwards, all the stonework inside gets pointed with a mix of lime putty, clay subsoil, sand and rope fibers.
