It sits on top of our composite deck and cantilevers over the roof of the house so we were able to add a screened in 3 seasons room to our house without actually cutting into the roof and framing into the house. Some may ask how we will replace the roof when the time comes and that's a great questions! I don't really know but we just had this roof replaced so we will cross that bridge when the time comes if we are even here anymore!
