Description: 100+ Bottle Gourd & 40 KH shrimp mixed traditional style gravy mashed curry cooking by 15 village ladies to feed 350+ villagers with rice. First 15 ladies cutting all the bottle gourd/lao into small small pieces. And also processing & clean all the prawns and then they boiled the lao with some spice masala. And also fry all the shrimp in oil pot. After boiling the bottle gourd they added lots of spice ingredient and mixed up both lao and chingri. They also cook 60 KG rice to serve with lao chingri ghonto. This food called in bengali "Ghonto" and shrimp called "Chingri" and Bottle gourd called "Lao". After finish cooking ladies serve the food to whole village people.
