With less than 10 still in active operations, I couldn't miss the opportunity to catch a classic Boeing 747 jumbo jet arriving at Birmingham Airport. This aircraft previously carried passengers for British Airways before its conversion to a freighter. Now operating for Geo Sky seen arriving on a one off occasion at BHX from Tbilisi, Georgia. Look at this beauty go, after landing the aircraft passes the terminal for a close up look before crossing the runway and parking on the Western apron at Birmingham. The aircraft departed later that afternoon, but I was catching a flight out so missed the departure. Look out for the full video from Birmingham this day, including a close up of the Emirates 777!
