Description: Black Lives Matter! What an amazing turnout for the Black Lives Matter protest in Edinburgh, Scotland, on 7th June 2020. Thousands of people gathered at Hollywood Park where Cynthia organised a great group of people who spoke, one of which included Professor Geoffrey Palmer from Heriot-Watt University and Courtney Stoddart a poet from Edinburgh.. Everyone was socially distancing as much as possible. The atmosphere and solidarity was incredible, so much love and unity for our Black brothers and sisters. I was honoured to be there. Educate yourself on what what people go through and have gone through for over 400 years. There is a great documentary on Netflix at the moment called 13th. That's a good place to start. Support all people, especially those of an ethnic minority, and always help those who need it. Let's end all racism! We are all part of the human race.
