Description: As I explore the art and foundations of @raqthebarre I find myself using the #barre for my belly dance practice. Here I am practicing belly flutters! It’s a technique used to create a gap in your belly and it requires you to utilize your diaphragm. We lock in our breath so we can pull our belly in. It’s very fun and challenging to do! If you don’t use it, you loose it, that’s for sure! So it definitely takes practice, and the barre is a great way to practice!!! DM me if you want to work on belly flutters too!
