Todays workout is a a 20 minute no equipment Cardio Sweat fest! One of my favourite ways to workout and get super sweaty in a short time! Muscles used: Full Body Time: 20 minutes + warm up and cool down Equipment: no equipment needed. Workout: 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off, 3 rounds in total. Time Stamps: Warm up: 0:00 - 6:12 Round 1: 6:12 - 10:28 Round 2: 10:28 - 15:02 Round 3: 15:02 -19:34 Finisher: 19:34 - 20:54 Cool Down: 20:54 - 23:14 Warm Up: 20 on / 10 off 1) Lunge Stretch, 2) Toe Taps, 3) Squat Step Backs, 4) Windmill. Workout: 30seconds on, 10 seconds off. 1) Run Jacks, 2) Plank, 3) Half Burpee, 4) Reverse Plank , 5) Squat Jacks, 6) Dips. x3 rounds Finisher: 1 minute of max effort skiers Remember, workouts are just as much for your mind as your body!
