Instagram - @cottoncandycooking instagram.com/cottoncandy... ~~~ Ingredients: (For cake) 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 cups sugar 3/4 cup cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 1/2 cup vegetable oil 2 large eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 cup boiling water ---- (For frosting) 8 ounces cream cheese 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream Pink food coloring ---- Recipe- (For cake) 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare two 9 inch cake pans by spraying with cooking spray. 2. Add flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to a large bowl. Whisk until combined well. 3. Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the flour mixture and mix together on medium speed until well combined. Reduce speed and carefully add boiling water to the batter until well combined. 4. Distribute the batter evenly between the two cake pans. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. 5. Remove from the oven and cool for about 10 minutes, remove from the pan and cool completely. (For frosting) 1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with a handheld mixer on medium speed until creamy, about 1 minute. 2. Beat in the powdered sugar, 1/4 of a cup at a time until fluffy. Pour in heavy whipping cream and pink food coloring, and beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Chill covered until ready to frost on the cake. Music: store (Prod. by Lukrembo)
