Description: Tulsa, Oklahoma — The Tulsa Police Department released dash and body cam video of the chase and arrest of 36-year-old Angie Frost after she appears to steal police cruiser. In March 2018, officers stopped Frost while she was allegedly driving a stolen vehicle. She pulled over and was taken into custody without incident, and an officer put her in the front seat of his vehicle. While the officer was outside of his vehicle, Frost managed to slip her handcuffs to her front and move to the driver's seat, according to police. She then locked the doors and drove off in the police cruiser. Officers responded to the incident but never actually chased Frost, because they couldn't get close enough to her. An officer near 41st and Memorial saw Frost turn into the parking lot of a nearby hotel and followed her before she bailed from the car and made a run for it, according to police. Frost didn't get far and was quickly caught. Police say she'll face complaints of possession of a stolen vehicle, larceny of a vehicle and resisting. Police say no property was damaged during the incident.
