Description: This weird shoulder wrap I refer to as Nelson Guard (since I learned it from Greg Nelson) has some great options, and I think my favorite is this arm drag. As seen here, it can lead to a back take or possible swim move style arm bar. Longer video on this is on my YouTube channel.
