Description: The approximate 40 dogs rescued from an alleged neglect case have been transported from Smith County, Texas to Maryland. They have been examined by licensed veterinarians and have received much-needed care and TLC. This video gives a behind the scenes look at the expert care our Animal Rescue and Response Team provides.
