Description: Many of us suffer from anxiety and stress. A meditation using Delta Isochronic Tones using uplifting synths and panning effects notes to move you into a deep and healing meditation. It aims to stimulate your mind and body so that your ability to move into a relaxing meditation is enhanced. Close your eyes and relax as you move into a relaxing meditation that will relieve your anxiety. This session can be used with or without headphones. If you are in a noisy environment, it is recommended to use headphones. However, because we use Isochronic Tones it is not necessary. Once again, this is not a replacement for medical treatment. If you suffer from epilepsy or are taking medicine or drugs, then seek advice from your medical practitioner prior to using. If you are a pregnant woman or you have a pacemaker or are under 16 or are prone to seizures please do not play this soundtrack.
