Description: #TimeToWorship Hi Semua, I hope this upload finds you well! Well what a year it has been so far. 2020 has proven to be one of the toughest years in most of our lives. Hear in Australia just months before this pandemic introduced its ugly face, most of the country was on fire or covered in smoke. For Acha and I personally, when Lucas was born, the thought popped into my head "what is the future going to look like for our son?" And at that moment I was concerned, anxious and weary. The "What if" questions had left it's depressing after thoughts on the back of my mind. Thoughts such as, What if I don't get any freelance jobs, would then lead to how do we pay the rent, Will my parents be effected by Corona virus and so on. Or for many here in Australia, were thinking I need to buy more toilet paper. Haha. I'd like to remind us all that we are in this together, we share the same thoughts and we share the same struggles. In the midst of all of this we must remember Jesus is never far from those seek him. Jesus is in the middle of it all, yes the good times, the bad times and the epidemic! I find comfort knowing He is close and present. When I use the word present, I mean active, working, attentive, defending and restoring. Our God is not a dormant God, He is alive today and PRESENT in our situations. Isaiah 41:10 New International Version (NIV) 10 So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. This verse gives me a shot of sanity in these dark and uncertain times. So Take heart Do not fear, for you have been redeemed; you have been called by name, you are name; you are mine.
