Description: Agrahara biryani Ingredients 1. Garlic - 5-6 cloves 2. Ginger - 1" 3. Small Onion - 15 peeled 4. Green chili - 2-3 nos 5. Coriander leaves - garnish 6. Beans/Carrot/ potato - 100 g cut 7. Mint leaves - bunch 8. Coconut milk 1 cup 9. Jeeraga Samba Rice - 2 cups soaked in 3 cups water 10. Garam masala, Coriander powder, Red chili powder to taste 11. Whole garam masala 12 Ghee - 100 ml Method 1. Roughly chop Ginger, onion and garlic 2. Add ghee and fry whole garam masala . Then add chopped ginger, garlic and onion 3. Fry for 2-3 min 4. Add Ingredients #10 dry powders and fry till raw smell is gone 5. Add onions and fry till translucent 6. Add rest of vegetables 7. Add water from soaking rice and bring to a boil till oil separates 8. Add Rice and salt to taste 9. Pressure cook for 2 whistles 10. Add coconut milk and place the cooker on hot tawa for 10 min. 11. Garnish with pudina, coriander leaves and cashews. Serve hot
