Description: I know, weird to combine these two into one video- but this was my 24hrs leading up to my ACL reconstruction. My surgery was on Friday and all week leading up to it I tried doing every activity I could cram in before being laid up in bed. Dr. Banffy said I had managed to tear some meniscus as well but he cleaned it all up and made a new ACL out of a donor achilles who I will now name "Frank".
