It cost $1,400,000 to build.There's currently no information on an owner but it looks like it was built to be a bachelor pad it is 8800 soft with 6 beds and 9 very unique bathrooms, tons of entertainment space, a beautiful spiral staircase and a massive indoor pool. Ideal to be bought up and be turned in a multi family home! Sadly no info was found on why its been abandoned but it might've been because inefficient money or land issues.
