You guys voted (a super close poll!) to see this workout first 🙊 It's a very challenging home workout because we're hitting the core from every angle and there's a lot of volume here but I know you'll LOVE IT! What workout do you guys want to see next?! . . I created this workout for myself a while back and I like to do it at least 2x a week. The soreness will be very intense the next few days after! If you're about to laugh or sneeze, I highly suggest holding back both to avoid extreme pain haha 😆 I used limited equipment (a mixture of bodyweight and one 25lb dumbbell) This full workout video contains more detailed instructions of how to perform each exercise properly, which muscles to focus on, etc so you can easily follow along & get the best results possible!
