Description: In September, I hosted a yoga retreat on a Greek Island called Koufonisia. Here's a bit of insight in to what it was like. 34 people, 7 days, and by the end of it, one big happy yoga-doing family! I had no idea how close we would all become, and the amount of love we could feel and hold space for in such a short amount of time. It was an absolute HONOUR to grow along side you all!
