Description: Following frequent daily reconnaissance forays into the flight aviary to check on our pregnant mothers in care, I was today rewarded with our first baby Little Red of the year. Apologies for the shaky vision but I was keeping my distance and using the zoom button to not upset the new mum. Baby looks good and mum has partially consumed the placenta so all is well with the world. Fingers crossed that subsequent births go as smoothly as this one did.
