Description: 9 years ago today I posted my very first YouTube video. I had no idea what I was doing, all I knew was that I wanted to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle. I got distracted along the way and shared content that got a lot of views, but it always felt like it wasn’t aligned with who I truly was. My YouTube channel is a direct reflection of my self love journey. It hasn’t been easy and there are many videos I deleted, in an attempt to erase that part of my life, but now I’ve learned to accept every part of me. And I will always be grateful for the Vanessa of 9 years ago, that was brave enough to post that first video, despite feeling so scared and insecure and not knowing a single thing about filming or editing. For those of you that have watched my content throughout the years, I’m grateful for you. Thank you for being a part of my journey!
