Everyone should do it (we rarely do it enough) 2. It should NOT always be SLOW and BORING! Research has proven over and over again that “if you train slow, you become slow,” and that most effective core programs have some degree of higher intensity and higher difficulty workouts associated with them. And THAT’S exactly what I wanted to bring you today in this workout! You’re not going to find static or slow/steady exercises anywhere with this one. We’re going to maximize every second with some higher-intensity moves that are as effective as they are challenging. You’re going to have to push yourself with this one, but I promise the end result will be worth it! WORKOUT DESIGN We’ll be performing exercises in interval sets during this workout. We’ll perform exercises in 30-second intervals with a few key rest breaks worked in as well. For most muscle groups, it is not recommended to train them on back-to-back days… however your abs are one exception. You can train your abs every single day and be just fine.
