Description: Hello friends and family! On this Saturday Strategy, I want to reconnect and get back to our roots; teaching, educating and guiding you through transformation, side-by-side. Let's talk CNS! The Central Nervous System (CNS) is responsible for our mind and body health. Here are a few ways to track your central nervous system‘s health using technology: ✅ Each morning I do a breath test on my Apple watch to test my HRV (heart rate variability) which is a great indicator of your overall CNS health ✅Whoop Band: I just started using this and will let you know what I think! ✅ Tap test and grip strength both are 2 more great tests for CNS health 7 WAYS TO SUPPORT YOUR CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM (CNS) 1. Meditation Meditation is one of my favorite daily practices. The calm state of mind during meditation can support your overall CNS health by lowering your heart rate, increasing blood flow to the brain and quieting your overall nervous system. 2. TRE (Trauma Release Therapy) This may seem strange at first, but trust me, this practice is very healing. Shake it out and release all that non-serving energy we store throughout the day! 3. Eat on a regular schedule Start with warming foods in the morning like oatmeal! This will help replenish and restore your adrenal system. Eat foods to support your gut, like bone broth! Our gut is our second brain and it is key to feed your body with the right nutrients to support your gut. 4. Hydrate Repeat after me: Thank you, water, for fueling my body and giving me life! Daily hydration is a major factor in supporting overall CNS health. 5. Sleep Restore your Central Nervous System with a strong sleep schedule. How many hours do you sleep each night?
