After that you will hold that position for 10 seconds and that whole time you will need to tighten up or squeeze your abs to keep the chair still or to keep the chair from sliding away and hitting or touching the wall which at this point we do not want so make sure the chair stays in place by tighten up or squeezing the heck out of your abs. Then after doing that for 10 seconds you will roll the chair back to starting position and then you proceed to do 5, 8, 10, 12 or 15 consecutive chair roll outs depending on which set you are in so you can notice in the video that after holding it for 10 seconds and then doing your 5 to 15 reps that you rest for a full 30 seconds. You can do this work out 1 to 2 times per day maybe even three but at that point your chair may be too close to the wall and you will need to back it up to make the workout tough enough to limit you to 1 to 2 times per day and also only do this about 1 to 3 times per week and even 1 to 2 times per week is all you need to get a flat stomach out of doing this workout. The reason why this is a good flat stomach workout is that it not only kills or works the hell out of your abs but it also works the tva or transverse abdominus muscles that make you stomach flat. To truly make your stomach flat or flatter you can simply do this entire 7 minute workout to get a flat stomach but in reality if you have a considerable amount of belly fat then you will also need to go to nowloss.com/how-to-lose-belly-fat-get-abs-fast.htm to see how to get rid of your belly so although this workout makes your stomach flatter to truly make your stomach actually flat you will need to use those 6 steps at the website I gave you to eliminate all of your belly fat. This flat stomach workout with a chair is basically something you can do as an alternative if you do not have an ab wheel but if you do have an ab wheel I emplore you to try the ab wheel workouts that I have setup here on YouTube @ youtube.com/watch?v=ltzYBHdIw8g&list=PL5qWKDYV54nHM0qcWk4AJn7yPz37ryC4V TIP: make sure you mark a spot on the floor so you will know where to start from each time you do this flat stomach work out so that each other time you do it you can start off by challenging yourself to move the chair back an inch more or so to get an even better ab workout leading to flatter stomach or belly much quicker than before. Other things to remember when doing this flat stomach workout to get a flat stomach is that you need to make sure your heels come off the floor, your lower back is flat and you are actually falling into the wall and not using your arms or not letting your arms do all of the work. Also its best to use an office chair such a the one that Iโ€™m using in the video for my flat stomach workout that has arms on it.
