Description: In today's video, I'll be doing this gorgeous balloon dip on a 10 x 20" canvas to create beautiful flowers. I'll be using 2 shades of purple, light pink, silver, and prepping my canvas with white paint (all paints mixed with Sargent Art Gloss Medium and water).
