Description: Leftover Purple Paint Makes a Beautiful Balloon Dip Follow along, My leftover paints include three shades of purple, beige, pewter, and white for this nitrile glove/balloon dip. I'm using my lightest shade of purple for my base coat and the other colors for my balloon dip. Each of my colors is mixed with Sargent Art's gloss medium and water. My consistency is slightly thicker for this one so the shapes of my flowers hold nicely.
