Description: When I make silicone molds, I measure a little more silicone than I think I’ll need. For example: If I think I’ll need 400g, I measure 430g. This way I leave space for a mistake. You can pour the extra silicon onto the object and make the mold a few centimeters thicker or you can use that silicon to make something else. If you plan ahead, that extra silicon can be used for many things. Usually I prepare a small mold in case I’ll have some silicone left. If I don’t, that’s fine. If I do, I am ready to use it straight away. In this video I show 5 things you can make from leftover silicone. 5⃣ I left silicone to cure in the bucket. I removed it and used as a mat for the hot glue gun. Hot glue does not stick to the silicon, so it’s perfect to catch any drips. 4⃣ I cover matched with silicone to make them waterproof. 3⃣ I covered the handle of my screwdriver with silicone. Now I have a screwdriver with an anti-slip handle. 2⃣ I poured the silicone into the lid of a Pringles can. Perfect size for a coaster. 1⃣ I made a custom sink stopper. ------------------ My Youtube Setup 📷amzn.to/2gutrvw Tools I use 🔨amzn.to/2guylsx ------------------ Music: Pulse Rock Kevin MacLeod (incompetech.com) Licensed under Creative Commons: By Attribution 3.0 License creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0 ------------------ ⚠️Warning: Use this video content at your own risk. ------------------
