Follow a structure, not a routine: He follows a structured life instead of a strict schedule. The difference between them is unlike schedule, you don't have strict timelines for each task but you have chronology for your tasks which allows flexibility and also gives you direction to head start a day. You never feel clueless about your morning. 2. Never try to remember anything. Always write: He always keeps his mind clear by writing things. This allows him to focus on the task at hand with 100% attention & focus. 3. Define the subtask of each task: He always defines the subtask of each task. This helps you to finish a big task in small bits, thus you can focus & complete the task easily. 4. Reduce Decision Fatigue: He tries to reduce his Decision fatigue by taking as minimum decisions as possible. You might have seen Mark Zuckerberg & Steve Jobs wear the same clothes every day so that they don't have to think about it every morning. I also follow these by wearing almost the same clothes, eating the same kind of meal every day. 5. Journal everyday: Journaling doesn't directly help your productivity but it makes you overall a better person and as a result your productivity & efficiency of life increase. While journaling make sure you are 100% honest with your day.
