Description: This 5 minute butt workout, or "booty burn" as I like to call it, will have your glutes burning! Shape and tone your booty with this follow along workout. We do exercises on each leg and work on muscle endurance. This is super quick and perfect to do as a quick workout in a busy day, but you can also add it onto a longer workout!
