Description: For More Info visit us at: 1aau.to/h/cQK Do you have a truck or SUV with a selector switch, dial, or button to turn on 4 wheel drive? Does it seem like nothing happens when you try to use it? In this video, Andy diagnoses and then repairs the vacuum seal in a front hub on a Ford Super Duty F-350. In this application, vacuum is used to engage the front hub splines, which locks the wheel with the front drive shaft when 4 wheel drive modes are selected. Andy walks through testing the vacuum lines for leaks, and he discovers that the problem this time is in the hub itself. He replaces the vacuum seal in the hub, and then confirms the 4 wheel drive selector is working again.
