Description: Happy Monday everyone! In this video I’m gonna share the art of self-forgiveness so you can watch your confidence transcend like no other!!!! :) I realize many amazing women may not have the resources to effectively embark on the self-forgiveness journey! That’s why I’m super excited to share my experience, a major key factor in activating self forgiveness, & ways to practice it daily! In The Sparkle System Certification Experience, we incorporate lots of inner mindset work for our students to complete so they look, feel, & do what is best for them! If they don’t prioritize their own wellbeing and values, they aren’t able to fully achieve the goals they set out for themselves! We identify those subconscious aggressions on a conscious level to best understand where they come from, how they change the way we live, then calibrate what we DO want so our vibrations align with our desires! Expressing gratitude is the first step in practicing self-forgiveness, particularly for your past self. I’m sure many of you have looked back at past experiences saying “I should’ve done this!” or “I should’ve known that!”. Guess what? The old you that overcame all those experiences is who brought you to the present! You used that bird’s eye perspective as a way to see what other choice you had, but you didn’t even know those were options at that time! As a human being, you do the very best you can with the resources you have available to you at that time! So, how can you start to practice self-forgiveness & ascend beyond your imagination? You must translate your current reality’s thoughts into more impactful ones by creating awareness through something called thought catching! Whenever limiting thoughts start to enter your mind, write out those thoughts in a notebook! After creating a list, I want you to negate those thoughts by crossing them out and note WHY those things are untrue to your reality. The second phase in this process is to instead write down how you want to feel instead of those nasty negative feelings. For example, instead of telling yourself “nobody likes me” write out “I want to feel like I am magnetic”. Doesn’t that already feel better to you? If you articulate what feeling will uplift your vibrations, you will integrate those internal feelings & pictures into your conscious mind! And the best part is they’re TRUE statements! This exercise is an amazing way to shift into being “at cause” for your life.
