Description: How to protect your watercolor, especially from humidity? Use wax medium. It is easy to apply over the finished artwork by using a spatula. Make sure your paper is fully dry. This will coat your painting with a transparent hardly noticeable water resistant layer. Note: you will not be able to paint on top of this laver any longer. This trick will work even if you don't want to use glass when framing! Recommended wax medium options: - Gambil Cold Wax Medium; - Donald's Wax Medium. (Use ether or, or mix it together).
