On your rest day you can do ACTIVE recovery. Which means not to just sit around and do nothing. Below are a few videos I would recommend you do on your "rest days" to get some more work in! Step two: divide your max by 5 and the number you get will be your reps! Step three: your sets will be 3, (3xMax/5) Step four: follow the exercises in this video. 30-45 second break between each set. And when it's time to move on to another exercise, you can take 60-90 seconds between each of the different exercise. LETS CLOCK IN!
