I spent a lot of time and money hauling a turbo first-generation turbo Hyundai Elantra to the 25th annual DSM/EVO/GT-R shootout in Norwalk, OH and HAD A BLAST! It seems horribly out-of-place to bring this car, but it's got something resembling a FWD Eclipse engine in it, and nobody chased me away. I didn't get to stay for the Sunday events, and it's apparent when you hear me read off Jason's stats because I got all of it wrong and didn't fix it. I wasn't _that_ far off... Clearly I've got him fooled! The end of the video is footage of the 2015 Shootout (23'rd anniversary). The only thing that's changed since then... is the GT-R's have gotten faster. I'm thankful to everyone who wanted to be a part of this video and I'm grateful that the DSM spirit is still alive and well! These cars will be around forever as long as there's people out there that love them. This event is THE spot where all those people gather to celebrate them every year, and people come from all over the United States and Canada to participate.
