Description: In the first round of the 2022 NFL Daft saw four players from the ACC get taken in the top 26 picks. NC State's offensive lineman Ikem Ekwonu was the first ACC player drafted, taken sixth overall to the Carolina Panthers. Another offensive lineman was the next ACC player selected, with Boston College's Zion Johnson getting picked  17th overall by the LA Chargers. Pitt's Kenny Pickett was the first quarterback off the board, going 20th to the Pittsburgh Steelers.  Florida State defensive lineman Jermain Johnson had to wait a little longer than expected, but he ended up heading to the New York Jets at Pick 26. Plus safety Kyle Hamilton out of Notre Dame was also taken in the first round, going 14th overall to the Baltimore Ravens.
