The David Embury cocktails are usually pretty good, but every once in awhile you get a dud. This cocktail uses Bourbon, and we pulled out a couple of decent bottles to make these cocktails. Westchester Special Bourbon Cocktail: 1 part lime juice 1 part French vermouth 4 parts bourbon Shake well with cracked ice.
