Description: LA gyms are officially shut down and like many of you, we’re all working out from the safety of our own homes now. I know that can feel defeating. A lot of us would love to be under some heavy weight and to know it won’t happen for a few weeks can be frustrating. I get that. But I made this video to hopefully show you that we while we may not be able to toss a barbell around, we really aren’t that limited - even if you have no equipment at home. You absolutely can still get a good workout in; your options are almost endless. Keep the reps high, rest short, and the intensity up.
