Description: Learn step by step how to get ready to compete in a mermaid championship! Start as soon as possible to practice! 13 Tips for Training for a Mermaid Competition: 1- Read the judge evaluation grid. 2- Choose a royalty free music. 3- Find a coach or a body, plan your training schedule. 4- Choreograph your dance with the 10 mandatory moves in their require orders and in between create your own movements matching the music. 5- Practice your routine in blocs of 30 seconds. 6- Assemble your 30 sec blocs to create a 3 minutes routine. 7- Practice with and without goggles and nose clip. 8- Visualise your routine while listening to the music. 9- Practice in a space of 20x8x8 feet like the aquarium. LAST MONTH BEFORE THE COMPETITION: 10 - Practice your routine back to back 2 or 3 times. (1 month before) 11- Record yourself and perform in front of public. 12- Practice with your full tail costume. 13- Perform your best performance, everything should be perfect.
