Stir in milk so dough leaves side of bowl. Knead dough on lightly floured surface, for about 30 seconds. Roll out dough, 1/2" inch thick. Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 1" apart for crusty sides, touching for soft sides. Bake 10 - 12 minutes till golden brown. Makes about 10 biscuits.
