Description: Body-Brain Energy - Most comprehensive energy booster 👉 drsam.co/s/yt/More--Energy Jarrow B-Right amzn.to/35YW7ra Life Extension B-Complex amzn.to/3igUDed = #1 Vitamin For Boosting Energy Levels, Naturally = It doesn’t matter if you’re young or old, it seems most people these days are tired. Whether it’s physically tired or maybe just mentally or emotionally burned out, which makes you feel tired. And the truth is, there are so many different causes of fatigue - I can make a dozen different videos just about the causes. However, today I want to keep it simple based on a viewer’s question: “Dr. Robbins - is there a vitamin that will increase my energy levels? Or maybe a deficiency in a vitamin that causes fatigue?” This is a good question because I used to think vitamins would give me energy as well. So, every day I would take a multivitamin. Unfortunately, it did nothing for energy levels. And the truth is that vitamins don’t really give you energy. However, they DO help transform and convert the foods you eat, INTO energy that your cells and muscles can use. Now, growing up I had an uncle who was a pharmacist. By the way, he lived to 99 years old. He would take weekly shots of this red liquid. I asked him what it was, and he said “it’s energy shots”. I think he simplified it for me, since I was only like 10 years old or younger. But those shots turned out to be a B-complex shot, mixed with extra B12. I asked him why doesn’t he just take the pills, like I take my Flinstone Vitamins… and he said the shots are better absorbed. Needless to say, most people don’t have access to and don’t want to take weekly injections of vitamins. And my point in this story is that as far as Vitamins, the B vitamins are probably the most important ones when it comes to optimizing your energy levels. Especially B12. And many people are deficient in the B vitamins, especially B12, especially: Older adults Vegans People with Gastrointestinal (GI) problems They’re either deficient in the B vitamins or even more so, can’t properly absorb them. This is why when you take a B12 vitamin, you must make sure it’s the METHYL version (as Methylcobalamin). This ensures that your body properly absorbs and converts the vitamin for proper use. So, what do I do and take for my energy vitamins and Supplements? After years of trying different things, I’ve kept it very simple these days to only TWO solutions. I first take a B-complex supplement every morning with a meal. I switch between two brands every other month: Jarrow’s “B-Right” And Life Extension’s “Complete B-Complex” Both companies are fine and have good ratios, dosages and proper formulations. So, pick one or switch between the two like I do Keep in mind that this doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll have more energy. But it’ll at least ensure you’re NOT going to be deficient in these important B vitamins. And I’ve put direct links to both supplements below, in the description area. However, to guarantee extra energy all day long - both physically and mentally, I also use Body-Brain Energy - which does actually increase energy levels DIRECTLY. First, Body-Brain Energy already has the correct B12 form and dose. So, that’s good. However, it also has almost 20 different nootropic and herbal extracts that all work together to optimize the different energy pathways in your body. Such as Dopamine, ATP, Acetylcholine, Adrenal support, ATP and Mitochondria … And the best is that it contains no caffeine. You don’t get highs and lows. No jitters. No crashes. It’s actually GOOD for your body and brain. ============== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends.
