Description: Butter | 버터 Today, I tried making over whipped cream (A.K.A Butter) at home. It's not like I was out of butter or anything... (I had a whole block of unused butter in the fridge) I just wanted to try making some purely out of curiosity. It was quite interesting to watch the Cream - Whipping Cream - Butter/Butter milk separation process. However, I think I'll stick to buying butter from the grocery.
