If you don't deal with them right away, the dream will slowly gets out of control until you are in a vivid nightmare. Although these dreams are scary, they can't harm you in real life. The things I list in this video should be avoided because they will lead to the nightmare getting even worse. I think it's really important to know what these things are so that you can consciously make the decision to avoid them. At the end of this video I go over some simple steps you can use to turn lucid nightmares into amazing lucid dreams.
