Perfect baking idea during Lockdown; CODVID-19 SOCIAL MEDIA Instagram: instagram.com/jonny.photos Twitter: twitter.com/jonnymejia23 Snapchat: itsjomejia Facebook: facebook.com/KitchenWithJonny Contact: jonnymejia1095@gmail.com Ingredients: 1 stick of softened butter 1 cup of sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 large eggs 1/3 cup of plain yogurt 3 to 4 ripe to overripe bananas 1-1/2 cups all purpose flour 1/2 tsp of salt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp cinnamon 1 cup of chopped walnuts (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with butter and line it with parchment paper. 2. In a medium size bowl, whisk together flour, salt, cinnamon and baking soda and set aside. In a separate bowl mash the bananas. 3. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add yogurt and bananas and mix thoroughly. 4. Add wet mixture to dry ingredients and mix just until combined. Fold in the walnuts. 5. Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from the oven and turn loaf out onto a cooling rack. Let cool.
