Description: I can only credit KEEMI π©π» for introducing the signature π½ π§ Corn-cheese phenomenon! However, I chose to go with Cookat's recipe for the Corn-cheese Kimchi Fried Rice π - it just looked incredible. The stringy and cheesy goodness was overwhelmingly satisfying (as you shall witness my battle with the melted GOODNESS!) π. I also enjoyed π Bulgogi Ssam, marinated pork wrapped in perilla or sesame leaves and/or lettuce π . The marinade was done a few days before grilling, allowing the meat to soak in all the delicious flavors of the sauces. I preferred the wrap with the perilla leaf! The flavor is distinct and creates a complex flavor combo. ππΌ Enjoy the delicious Korean food! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- βοΈ [CORN-CHEESE KIMCHI FRIED RICE] *CREDIT: Cookat [youtu.be/YpnZshDwHCY] π½ CORN-CHEESE RECIPE: Corn, 200 g Mozzarella, 300 g Mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Pinch of pepper Pinch of salt Butter, 1 tablespoon π KIMCHI FRIED RICE: Kimchi, 100 g Rice, a day old and 200 g Red pepper powder, 2 teaspoons Sugar, 2 teaspoons Onions, chopped Garlic, minced βοΈ [JEYUK BOKKEUM SSAM] *CREDIT: Maangchi [youtu.be/3qBjL_HGvco] π PORK MARINADE: Β½ cup of crushed Asian pear ΒΌ cup onion purΓ©e 4 cloves of minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1 chopped green onion 2 tbs soy sauce 2 tbs brown sugar (or 1 tbs of brown sugar and 1Β½ tbs rice syrup) a pinch of ground black pepper 1 tbs toasted sesame oil 2 tablespoons of gochujang 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder π DIPPING SAUCE: Red pepper paste (Gochujang), 3 tablespoons Bean paste (Dwenjang), 1Β½ tablespoons Rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon Sesame oil, 2 teaspoons πΏ GREENS: Perilla leaves (or Sesame leaves) Green lettuce βοΈ SIDE DISHES (BANCHAN): Pickled radish Dried anchovies Spinach Bean sprouts ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- // SOCIAL MEDIA instagram - thienticles ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- //BUSINESS INQUIRIES ONLY e-mail - thiencle.3@gmail.com ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
