Maqluba, which translates literally as "upside-down" is a traditional Arab dish served throughout the Levant, it consists of meat, rice, and fried vegetables placed in a pot which is flipped upside down when served, hence the name Maqluba! In this video we visit a Palestinian family in Jordan who welcomed us into their home for a meal and we left as one of their family, this isn't just a story about food, but one of the true meaning of Arab kindness.
