It's seriously addictive! #Shorts #ShortsRecipe #FallRecipe BETH'S FALL GRANOLA RECIPE Makes approximately 5 cups of granola INGREDIENTS: 2 egg whites 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar 2 Tbsp Honey 1 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice 1 tsp vanilla extract zest of 1 orange 3 cups old fashioned oats 3/4 cup raw pecans 1 cup dried cranberries 1/2 cup raw cashews 1/2 cup dried coconut chips or flakes METHOD: Preheat oven to 350F In a large bowl whisk together the egg whites, brown sugar, honey, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Vanilla a zest. Add the oats and toss to coat, then stir in the pecans, cranberries, and cashews (reserve the coconut for later. If you add it too soon it will burn) Grease a baking sheet with non-flavored oil (vegetable oil, canola oil, coconuts oil). Transfer granola to the baking sheet spread out on a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes. Then stir, add the coconut and bake for 10 more minutes. Allow to cool and then store in an air-tight container. Serve over yogurt with sliced dried figs! Yummy!
