They are an amazingly old gang, and there were once so many of them that there were many separate groups, hence their being called the True Knot. They are a main antagonist in Doctor Sleep, currently headed by Rose the Hat, with Crow Daddy as her right hand, and Snakebite Andi as their newest member.
