Description: The past year and half has been overwhelming. With the isolation that came along with the pandemic, the divisive nature of conversations online, and Sean and I moving halfway across the country, it's just been a lot. I have been doing my best to work through it all, but I have to be honest, I am not feeling my best. I am burnt out and need to find new ways to better care for myself, which is what I am doing now. I only shared this because I hope that anyone out there who is feeling similarly knows that they aren't alone, and nothing is wrong with us for feeling this way. It's been a tough 18 months, and I think it's normal for us to struggle as we work through it.
