How to Make Ahi Tuna Burgers: For this Seared Ahi Tuna Burgers Recipe, you’ll need the following ingredients: 1 pound finely diced ahi tuna 1/2 cup diced yellow bell pepper 1/2 cup minced chives 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs 1 egg, whisked 2 tablespoons shoyu or soy sauce 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon-1 tablespoon red pepper flakes (to your taste) Brioche rolls Butter lettuce Fresh sliced tomato How to Make Tuna Burgers: Mix all of the ahi burger ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
