Description: We have taken new initiative for Humanitarian Kitchen. we have set 3 couples to cook and serve food to whole village people. This village located in Bangladesh, Kushtia District, Khoksa Thana & Uttar Shampur Village. Today is our first program for villagers. We cook today 60KG big swordfish. 3 men cutting this giant fish into small small pieces and ladies prepared all the ingredient needed to cook this giant sea fish. After preparing all the ingredient and also cleaning fish ladies started cooking the fish. Before cooking curry, ladies and men fry the fish in pan. Then they added all types ingredient in a cooking pot and started cooking. They also cook 50 KG rice and also watery curry to serve with fish.
