Upon our arrival we felt lucky to visit such a place then slowly became a part of it. We were fully immersed in the supreme majesty of both landscape and wildlife. All five senses engaged by all five natural elements. Everyone of us living in the same moment, together. Fully enjoying our surroundings and one another. A truly shared wilderness experience we will all think back on for the rest of our lives. Sometimes we need to break away from the distractions of modern society, spend some special time together to remember who we all are and why we love each other so much. Camping together gives us a chance to work together and also to serve each other. This trip was very good for our family unity. I hope we can do it more often! For those who are new to my channel, I'm Steve, a natural-born inventor and over-thinker who loves to camp. I enjoy puzzling out camping solutions that make the process as enjoyable as the result. I believe that a well-designed product can be a pleasure to use. In an effort to promote my products, I started making YouTube videos some 10 years back. At first, mostly presentations, product testing and instructional videos. I did have some camping videos but they were more "presented" back then. Then, at the start of one of my solo trips, I decided I just wasn't in the mood for so much talking. I decided to just bring the camera along but not say much. People really loved that video and it was nice for me to just do my thing while recording. I no longer felt the need to explain once I realized everyone could see for themselves. By taking this approach I could relax and enjoy my wilderness experiences the way I always had. A definite win win! Viewers started saying "I feel like I'm there with you" and occasionally referred to me as the "Bob Ross of camping videos". Generous complements which encourage me to always work towards improving my video's and product's. Interested in my story?
